The Tomxcute cat water fountain is made of 304 stainless steel, making it more durable and corrosion resistant. It is BPA-free and dishwasher safe, making it easy to clean. The double filtration system, equipped with an activated carbon filter and pre-filter sponge, provides your pet with pure drinking water and keeps them healthy.
With a 3.2L/108 Oz large capacity, the water fountain is suitable for multi-pet families. The high and low water level lines are clearly marked on the container, ensuring you can easily monitor the water level. The effective volume is more than 3L.
The 1.5W pump is ultra-quiet, operating at less than 20db. You'll only hear the calming sound of flowing water, which won't disrupt your sleep even if the fountain runs at night.
The cat water fountain is designed to encourage drinking by incorporating a faucet and spring surge modes. These features mimic the habits of cats and dogs drinking from a tap, helping to attract pets and prevent urinary and kidney diseases.
Tomxcute offers a 2-year protection for the pump. If you experience any issues, don't hesitate to contact us for a replacement. Additional parts can be purchased directly from our store.
For filter replacements, the cat fountain package includes 3 carbon filters. We also sell replacement filters online (search for B09DGD584C) for 2-4 week replacements.
Due to the stainless steel construction, it is not easy to provide a visible window for checking the water level. However, we have marked the "MIN" and "MAX" lines in the water tank to guide you.
Firstly, the pump should be cleaned every 2 weeks. If the water level in the tank is too low, the water pump will continue running and is prone to failure. Please add water to the tank in a timely manner.
The power cable length is 180 cm, providing ample reach for placement flexibility.
