To ensure a longer pump service life and your pet's health, clean the water tank and pump at least once a week. Soak the filter in water for 5 minutes and thoroughly rinse it under running water before use to prevent activated carbon dust from entering the water.
Replace the filter every 1-2 weeks and the sponge every 2-3 weeks, based on your pet's drinking frequency and the number of pets using the fountain. If you have multiple pets, clean the water dispenser and replace the filter and sponge more often.
